Almost three years ago, I was looking to replace my windows with hurricane impact windows and found Florida Impact Windows & Doors online. I’m so glad I chose them for this project. Their professionalism and competitive pricing made the entire experience smooth and worthwhile.
Additionally, I accidentally broke a couple of the locks, and they fixed them free of charge, which really impressed me. I’m very grateful. I would definitely recommend Florida Impact Windows & Doors.

Customer Reviews
See all on Google ↗They are true to their advertised motto, their pricing was the best of the 5 quotes we got. Their installer, DEM, was outstanding. They treated our house as if it were theirs. We found a small blemish on one of the sliders and reported back to the company. Instead of fixing the issue they replaced the part. That speaks volumes about the customer care and service. I highly recommend Florida Impact Windows and Doors. You won’t be disappointed.
Took over 2 years to replace two doors and one sliding door. They destroyed my house taking out old doors by rage ripping the drywall around the doors instead of cutting it nicely. They did not keep their word of being ready to paint after like the contract says. I had to repair the walls myself. Every door in my house was installed incorrectly and damaged. The doors were all hinge bound and they said that is normal, which it is not. They think you never operated a door before in your life. They don't take responsibility for anything messed up or damaged. All they do is just blame the vendors for everything even know you did business with them. They said that the employees that did my house also messed up a total of 12 customers homes and were let go at least after it was brought to owners attention. They acknowledged, but didn't care about making it right or compensating you for the troubles. DO NOT do business with this company. This is most definitely the correct company as they like to respond to the negative reviews by saying you have the wrong company. I have the paperwork, contract, and email chain for years (that's how long it took) of all of this happening if anyone would like to see it. Here is just a couple pictures with many more available for anyone to see.
I needed to replace some very big and very old sliding glass doors. I got a ton of quotes (from some scary window companies). Florida Impact was easy to work with and their price was so much better than everyone else. They also did not try to sell me 1001 things that I did not need to jack up the price. Even when there were issues with manufacturing, this company never ghosted me or went incognito. They were so professional, their installation team was clean and friendly. The owners were onsite throughout the project. The best thing was that my house was not destroyed in the process. I am so glad I went with Matt and Florida Impact!
I had the pleasure of contacting Florida Impact windows to finally get my home ready for storm season. While I was shocked at the prices of windows now, Scott @ Florida Impact Windows had super great prices compared to others.
I saw the price for these impact windows and thought, Wow, that’s a steal! Turns out, the only thing getting stolen is my peace of mind.
They installed them on my beach house, and now every gust of wind sounds like a mariachi band trapped inside the glass. When it rains, the windows don’t keep water out—they collect it. I think they’re trying to become aquariums. One of them even has a tiny crab living in it now, and honestly, he looks happier than I am.
The installer told me, “Hey, you get what you pay for,” which must be their company motto. Because for this price, what I got was basically fancy Saran Wrap with a frame.
On the bright side, my neighbors love it. They said my house has “character” now. I call it “structural regret.”
