I waffled between a 3 star and a 5 star, and chose a 4 star because the finished product and installation of our 24k generator is 5-star. Customer service was polite, however we had some back office challenges with time mgmt and we had to stay on top of Florida Generators a little bit. Florida Generators beat the competition for price and deliverability and would still be my first choice!
