Horrible customer service and poor workman ship !! Vinyl floors cracking at steps and they will not fix . They blame others for it and it hasn’t even been used yet !! Very nasty owner used fowl language to us and he abused his staff …bad finishing work overall on kitchen cabinets and bathrooms as well … trying to get paid in full before job is complete .

Glad to say I did not purchase my tiles from this store. They are rude, disprespectful, and unfriendly with the exception of the female employee. After my experience with this store, I ended up purchasing the exact same product from Tile & Stone in Fort Myers. 40% less and an amazing service rep named Robert.

We did a LOT of comparision shopping in the porceline tile market. The best price for a quality product was our goal, but we got much more. Jason, our salesman, coordinated the installation (a guarded, gated high rise condo presents scheduling issues) and visited the site several times. The installers were very clean. The contract had a "caveat" for an upcharge in case they discovered any sub floor issues. The installers reported the floor to be very good so NO upcharges. Very honest. We LOVED the look of the 24x24 porceline, but when Jason came to examine, he found a couple of tiles that didn't meet HIS approval and had the installers remove and replace them. Pretty neat to find someone like this in today's economy!
