Wow!!!! I can't say enough about how awesome Flooring Elegance was to work with! From the customer service to the delivery to the installment - everyone I met was a pleasure to work with!!! They went above and beyond to not only remodel my bathroom, but they also had to correct/fix/completely redo some of the work from the previous contractor. The quality of work was spectacular and so worth the wait!!!!! Thank you Wayne Moss for your expertise and quality workmanship. It's definitely something that is unnoticed! You care about the job, the work and to do it right! It's definitely something that not everyone has these days. THANK YOU again!!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and curtious staff. Showroom is filled with so many options. This location also offers installation with techs who have been in the field for 25+ years! From LVP to tile there was no reason to go anywhere else.

This is a new flooring shop in Walton County. My experience was great all around. Sales people were easy to deal with and they have a huge selection of products. I went in there looking for the usual tile, but after seeing everything they have I went with completely different products. The install is now finished and I couldn’t be happier. The store owner came to my home at the end and walked the job with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. No complaints!

These guys are awesome! I am a General Contractor in the area, for 15+ years. I am so glad we finally have a full service tile store, I purchase all of my tile from them, and they do all of my installs. They are friendly and super knowledgeable about any flooring products. If they don't carry it, they can find it. Great family owned business. I will be back!
