Great store with wide variety of products and very reasonable prices. Exceptional customer service as well. Tom and Charles went above and beyond in helping me select the right products for my many projects. Highly recommended.
I can not warn future customers to RUN from this company. We first had the floors installed but Pauly whom on my contract with Floors Outlet was hired to do the job per them with the pricing agreement on it. Pauly came out with his “team” installed the floors and was paid.
I had to fight this company to fix the install, in fact, the entire floors had to be replaced, and it was another $1,000 out of my pocket because Pauly the installer hired by this floor company no longer exchanged work with them so a named Gill was the replacement. Well, it took Gill almost 6 days to replace our floors, and paid him. See photo below, this area was pointed out to him that it needed to be properly leveled. My husband had pointed it out to him and he assured us he would take care of that. Well guess what, the area dipped down, cracked and snapped when anyone walked over the area. It took 4 months to have Gill come back out and fix the job. He told us he was waiting on Jim (the owners brother) to order the floor material. A few days ago Gill showed up with no floor materials, and just glued the area down. It now looks worse than before as you can see the photo below, the area buckles and is laying by upward not leveled flat what so ever. Now it’s discussing with my husband our legal options as the company is like pulling teeth when trying to have them take care of the issues with their installs. I’m truly surprised they’re even in business.
Stopped in today just to check prices. Surprised by the prices and the quality of the products. Worked with Jim Marino to actually purchase the tile for the shower and floor in our bathroom! Great service and prices! Stop by, you just might be as surprised as we were!
I’ve previously purchased granite countertops as well as LVP floors from here. Ned was extremely helpful and actually cared when I ran into a situation that required the installer to come back out to fix a job. He pulled my invoices from years back and assisted with additional vendors/ installers that could fix my issue when the original installer refused.
Ned did a great job and I will certainly continue to work Cabinet / Floor Factory Outlet. They do need to work on vetting vendors/ installers better.

I had found the flooring that I wanted from another store, but it was backordered indefinitely. When I walked into FFO I almost immediately found what I was looking for. The price was right and It looks great in my kitchen. When I asked about installation, they referred me to a AME Flooring. They did a GREAT job in a very timely manner at a terrific price. I am very pleased with how the flooring looks and that I was able to get it done so quickly. I would definitely recommend both FFO and AME. I will be putting the baseboards in myself which is why it isn't finished around the door and wall.
