Brandon was so helpful and very kind! He was also so so kind to our young boys. Talking shoes and style. We went in not knowing what we wanted and came out in less than an hour with everything we needed!
My fiancée and I were tasked with putting together a selection of flooring, tiles, and a kitchen counter top in a matter of days. It was a difficult task that very well could have been impossible for the two of us to complete in time and with the satisfaction of a job well done. Fortunately, Norma was there at Floor & Decor Sarasota to offer FREE services as a professional designer. In reality, she was our Guardian Angel. She moved around her schedule on a Friday afternoon just to meet with us. She then was very patient with both of us in a very stressful situation and steered us in the right direction again and again. By the end, she had spent twice the amount of time that she had set aside for our appointment and was a consummate professional the entire time. She not helped us find every piece we needed to meet our goals in time, but did so in a way that made me feel excited about our choices and hopeful for the final outcome when I was merely happy to meet the deadline. We could not have done it without Norma and we truly appreciate her efforts and the overall support that we felt throughout the store over these past few days. Thank you!

Do not sleep on Floor & Decor. We’re lucky to have a store like this in Sarasota/Bradenton. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and can help with virtually any flooring project. We worked with Luis who made sure we had everything we needed and even arranged safe loading of materials into our vehicle. 10/10!!
I was looking for a sample of luxe tile. When I called the store, I was told there were no samples. I called back the next day, and spoke to Kevin to see if he had a large piece. Kevin spent the time to check the back stock, and found a piece. He then had Rodger cut it for me. Thank you so much Kevin for going above and beyond. Floor and Decor is lucky to have Kevin as a manager.
