Eric did an amazing job helping us pick the perfect flooring for our bedrooms. He even helped load the car! First class service all the way.

We have always shopped and purchased at Floor and Decor for our 2 home complete renovations. We recently bought in Venice, from Lauderdale, and had to check out and shop for our new home reno project. Floor and Decor is the only place for what we want and need! Can't wait to get started.

Went to Venice Store! Very friendly staff there. Eric Thelen was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction for what I wanted! Explaining each style and durability for my project! Nice guy too! Quite competent! 😁

We had a great experience at the Venice store. We were greeted when we walked in by two employees. Once we made it to the back of the store, Presley was so helpful and enthusiastic to get us what we needed, it was amazing. Blake, one of the store managers assisted as well for the second room we needed tile for. We worked with Presley to pick the grout, Helen fine tuned our picks. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall great customer service. Oh, and Blake and Presley helped load the car! We will definitely shop there again and recommend to everyone!

5-stars is simply not enough for how amazing and friendly the staff are at this location - especially designer Connie Allegra! We are first time homeowners who are redoing our shower and she spent about an hour+ with us narrowing down and guiding our decisions on the perfect tile and grout. She actually made picking out tile stress-free and FUN! Who knew?! Everyone we encountered was kind and happy (even though we were there from about 6:30-8 pm). Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
