Benny's customer service was outstanding! He was so helpful in purchasing the perfect tile color/size combo to match the gorgeous lvp being installed on a project. Tysvm Benny for taking the time to help & keeping me laughing! Lilly was exceptionally helpful at locating another specific tile upon checking out. She was extremely courteous and pleasant, even though I was asking her for additional help while she had a line (lol) I truly wish I could name the 2 lovely young ladies that helped me load a pallet of LVP I was picking up! Because they were just as kind, eager to work, & truly precious! Great job Clermont Floor & Decor! Ya'll are definitely helping us take our projects a Level UP! Not to mention making my better, thank you ALL!

Had another great experience at the Clermont store thanks to the senior designer, Melissa. She always takes such great care of us every time we come in. She’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond. Today she even stayed past her scheduled hours to make sure we had everything we needed. Customer service like this is rare, and Melissa is a huge reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience - Aysia was VERY helpful. Ask for her if looking for flooring in Clermont! We were shopping for laminate flooring for two rooms that LOOKED the same and/or close enough to existing laminate flooring in the house. We identified two products that possibly we could use and reached out to Aysia for assistance. She was able to help with our questions, provide insight for both products for our consideration based on the room usage. Additionally, she shared contact information for Installation contractors to provide FREE estimate and provide a shopping list. Additionally, Aysia shared the project process that Floor and Decor follows once the sizing and shopping list has been completed.. Her knowledge and personality was a great experience......as everyone knows - good service is very hard to come by in many home improvement companies.

I was in the process of ordering a tile online, and it showed that it was going to take a couple of weeks plus a $500 delivery fee. I called the Clermont store and talked to Katie, who advised me that the tile indeed wasn't in stock and I had to order online and get it delivered to my house from the manufacturer. Katie did a little extra research and 5 minutes later called me back and advised she discovered the SKU number had been changed, but it was the same tile product. It was also available for immediate pickup in another store, and her store would be getting some soon too (under the new SKU). I took the immediate pick-up route! Thank you Katie, you kept us on schedule and thank you for the extra effort!! Great work!!!!
