Crew Travis & Charles arrived around 8 am and finished about 1 pm. They kept the driveway clear and worked efficiently. Travis answered all my questions about how the solar system worked, AC Solar vs DC Solar. To my surprise, the inverters on the panels did not increase radio frequency noise, like some inverters do. Very happy with the process and results.
FLO Energy has been a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and the installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Very unresponsive when install needs to be fixed have been trying to get repair for over a month now. My solar panels are now roof ornaments. It would be great if they actually called me back.

I’m a GoodLeap customer who was assigned to work with Flo Energy and Richard for repairs related to solar panel leaks. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Richard was extremely difficult to reach, and on two occasions inspectors were sent to my home without any prior notice.
When repairs were finally approved, a subcontractor patched a large water-damaged area in my bedroom ceiling. In my opinion, the work was not professional—the patch was uneven, the paint job was incomplete, and paint was left on my bedroom door. When I raised concerns about the prior water damage and the quality of the repair, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.
I eventually contacted GoodLeap, who apologized and allowed me to work with a different company. I did not have my solar panels installed by Flo Energy, so I can’t speak to their installation work, but based on this repair process and communication, I was not satisfied with the professionalism or quality of service I received.
The Barlow crew handled my install and everything was seamless. The install was quick and they went through the entire process with me so I knew exactly what was happening. Highly recommend.
