Do not come to this car wash. I believe that they are very shady. Im 99% certain that they broke the roof rack cover on my car and didnt say anything about it.
I noticed the guys acting a little shady body language wise but I didnt know why. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed it was broken then it all made sense. Dishonest
The best car wash in the area, they do a great job. I had my car detailed and it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend it.
If you have 2 hours and 30 minutes to wait just for an "in and out" car wash (no vacuuming inside) then definitely hit these guys up!
I initially wanted wash AND interior cleaning but after that would've been 3+ hours.
AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS. Last month this car wash crashed my brand new car and refused to take responsibility. They allow people without licenses to drive the cars and if they damage them NO ONE answers for it. The managers stated the employee that crashed my car left and never came back. The company is not registered or insured. After threatening with legal action, the owner John Serna initially told me that he wasn’t going to give me anything. Although I got an estimate for almost $2,000 from the dealer to fix my vehicle, I went out of my way to find the most inexpensive fix. I was able to find someone to fix my damages for $550 which was extremely inexpensive due to the fact that my car is a brand new 2023 Infiniti only purchased 3 months prior and has a custom gold color. Then, in efforts to ridicule me, Mr. Serna condescendingly said he could pay me $50 a month if I wished. I informed him that I am an attorney and I would be reporting his business and suing him and the property owner for damages. Mr. Sena then again tried to ridicule me and told me to come get $500 on a Saturday in which he knew he would be on vacation. It was only after I went into Midas (the owners of the lot) and asked for their company’s management information to take legal action, did Mr. Serna instruct the manager to give me the money for my damages. I was even told an older lady fell on the Carwash’s lot and they also disregarded her. A Carwash is not worth possible damage to your cars or to yourself with no one to respond. There’s plenty of car wash companies backed by hard working owners with ethics and respect to choose from. This car wash isn’t one of them.
Great service and wait time. Andre did an amazing job on my SUV, they take like 1:30 hours washing the vehicle but they do a great job.
