FixIT Tech - Computer Repair

I had to take my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 in to the repair shop for a possible battery replacement. The people at this shop were extremely helpful and took care of placing the order for the 2 batteries I would need. The next day I took my phone back in for the repair but by then my screens were not working well. A tech looked at is right away and suggested I contact Samsung about the issues I was having prior to changing the batteries. I contacted Samsung and found out I would have to replace both screens, which would cost me over $1,000.00. It wasn't worth repairing in my opinion since it would cost more than buying a different phone. They are reimbursing my deposit on the batteries. Such great people working there and I appreciate their honesty concerning my phone issues. I have used their services in the past for desktop computer issues, and I won't ever hesitate to use them again for any future issues. Terrific service, quality work, and honesty above all. I highly recommend them for any repairs.

Quick and Excellent service!

Today I went in assuming my charging port on my iPhone 14 needed replacing, but the friendly lady at the front desk assumed the port was just dirty. She took it to a technician in the back, and in less than 5 minutes I had my phone back and the port was good as new. Amazing.

I also came here once before a few years ago with a severely damaged iPhone. Bent and shattered to what I believed was beyond repair, but I needed some files and log-in information I had forgotten from the phone, so I desperately needed it repaired. I took it in and in roughly an hour they had replaced the screen and the phone was able to turn on, so I was able to recover all my information, and if memory serves it was only about $115 for the repairs. Way cheaper than getting a whole new phone.

I don’t usually write reviews, and I’m often skeptical about who works on my laptop and personal devices, but the FixIT Tek team was incredible. The receptionist and technicians were extremely respectful, eager to help, very knowledgeable, and they never tried to charge me for anything unnecessary. I needed maintenance on a device just a few days before my college classes started, and they were able to fit me in even after the holidays. FixIT Tek will be my go to place from here on out.

I would say my situation with my laptop was a bit more complicated than most, but they worked diligently to find a solution that worked for both of us. Fees were reasonable.
I think they need a bit more organization, but overall I would definitely recommend them.

They have a great team that specializes in each piece of equipment you drop off. Sherryl is very friendly. Fast service at a reasonable price. I love them!
