Outstanding customer service by Keegan. Totally professional courteous and I think one of the best technicians I’ve ever come across. Extremely knowledgeable explained to me every question that I had. Went straight to work without missing a beat took care of my water heaters heating elements like a true professional. He arrived earlier than expected, and honestly left sooner than I expected. It is hard to find a company this responsive with such great technicians. Thank you for getting us up and running with hot water again for the whole family. I appreciate you all very much. Oh one more mention, the schedulers and dispatchers were very courteous and professional also.

I have had First Quality Plumbing come by my home for two separate issues. I wish I remembered the first technician's name, but he was really honest and checked for warranties on my home before doing any work on my water heater that was leaking in my garage. He was able to reduce my bill by doing so. Additionally, he installed a Pressure Valve on my home, which keeps my home safe from potential future damages.

Recently, I had Jacob come by to service a small leak we were having in one of our bathrooms that found its way under our floors. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was incredibly friendly. He also tried to lower my bill, but the system wouldn't let him reduce it. I actually really appreciate that two separate technicians tried their best to keep the price as low as possible.

Our hot water heater quit and we called Sat. scheduled for Monday. Jason came out at scheduled time and we had hot water again within 2 hours. His work was efficient and experienced. He was friendly and respectful. The office staff was helpful and respectful and got us scheduled and apprised of the job. We have every confidence in this business.
We had a second job with Jason on Tuesday. He noticed something not right with one of the gas lines. As promised he was prompted and completed the job efficiently and skilled.

Impressed with the professionalism and the competitive pricing. We had a variety of plumbing projects around the house that we’d been putting off for too long, and then our shower stopped working completely. We got a few bids from the big players in town, then remembered the great experience we had with First Quality years ago—wish we had called them first!

The entire experience was very professional, from the service writer, Jack, with clear communication and follow-up, to the excellent work from their technician, Christian. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be using them again… but hopefully not too soon! 😊

Deryl from First Quality was excellent. He is a fast worker, answered all my concerns, and was kind and considerate. He showed up early and was prepared. I was impressed with the fair price and the professionalism. I highly recommend.
