My mom and I just met with Jessica, and she is wonderful!
The showroom is beautiful and we were greeted immediately.
It's one stop shopping! Jessica was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and guided us accordingly. Jessica never made us feel pressured or tried to up sell us.
We selected appliances, kitchen sink, faucet and cabinet knobs. We will be returning to look at light fixtures. Thank you Jessica for making this stress free!

I just shopped this location and placed an order with the amazing, Phoebe! I believe in recognition and applause for above & beyond service, and that’s exactly what I experienced today. Phoebe assisted me with kitchen fixtures and hardware for our new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. She went above & beyond to help me initiate a return for an online order I had placed with Ferguson. 10/10 customer service!

Cameron was fantastic. He was able to assist me and organize everything so that I could collect everything before the warehouse closed. I was in a rush.

Horrible customer service. Purchase all my kitchen appliances from here and had an issue with my dishwasher. I purchased a Thermador (which was not cheap) and it came in damaged. 3 months later going back and forth with no resolution. I am now being told they have no one in my area to install their product. Complete lie! Once this store sells to you, any issues will take months to resolve. Your better off purchasing from a different place and a different manufacturer. Beware!

Ferguson is a great resource. The Fort Myers showroom continues to update vignettes and provide current options for the revolving design market.
