Delivery and set up were super easy. We didn’t have to lift a finger. The delivery man cleaned up after himself (the trash pictured is the protective material from the doors that I took off after set up). He was friendly, efficient and respectful. Thank you so much!

The original items we decided on, mattress set and bed frame were both discontinued and no longer available for purchase. We were not informed of this until 3 days after we had applied for and agreed on a purchase plan. Billy Jean, the sales representative was apologetic and we decided on a different mattress set as well as a different bed frame. It was a huge inconvenience as well as a time delay. I think that discontinued items should be removed from display and not used as a “space filler” for the store. I was disappointed with Farmers Furniture for the inconvenience and delay, however Billy Jean was able to keep the sale and redeem the mistakes of Farmers (even though the new items ended up costing an extra $800 in expenses). In addition, the delivery drivers (from Live Oak) did a great job! They were professional and efficient! I feel good about this purchase due to the diligence of our sales person, Billy Jean, the delivery drivers, as well as the products we purchased.
I am so happy with my new sectional. The whole experience was fast and easy with no pressure. Delivery was quick.
