I wanted a new bedroom set for the guest room. I didn't want to order and wait a long time for delivery. I called first to make sure they delivered and set up. Spoke to Jesse who answered all my questions, went to the store the same day and they had just what I was looking for. Met with Jesse, who couldn't have been any more kind and helpful. I will.use this place again soon, as I redecorate my condo.
So this is my 3rd time shopping with Family Furniture of America in Stuart, FL. A family owned business offering a big showroom of indoor and outdoor furniture for the home. Lots of choices for all the rooms in your home. The staff are super friendly and the salesman were not pushy but readily available to answer any questions or concerns. I hadn’t even bought anything and they thanked me! Jesse was wonderful and attentive, directing me to exactly what I was looking for and giving me the background of the manufacturer and some information on their products and warranties. Paperwork was super fast and I got the warranty on my outdoor super comfy swivel/rocker gliders which is a total bargain! It is well worth the money as I did need to use it on the cushions from my previous purchase with them. Again, I will give a thumbs up, high five and 5 Star rating for great pricing, wait and delivery time and especially customer service! Great job everyone! Keep it going!
I purchased a beautiful solid Acacia wood dining table with matching chairs and credenza. A very unique set with gorgeous wood grain for our new dining room. Salesmen were very friendly, informative, but not pushy. I appreciated that. Delivery was quick and the delivery people were also professional and listened, placing my items exactly where I wanted. This was important as the set is extremely heavy. I've purchased from them earlier this year, and likely will again.
I've been buying furniture from Family furniture in Stuart for the last 10 years. I love their service by the salesman I love their furniture pretty good quality without spending an horrendous amount of money. The salesman I know them by name.. good delivery on time and always a pleasure to shop there.. I'm including some pictures of recent buys.. in fact this Saturday is another delivery for another piece of furniture..

I bought a new couch on Black Friday from here and it was a nice experience! Everyone was so friendly, especially Ken. In love with my new couch because of the quality! I bought a sleeper sofa and the matress is comfortable for it being a pull out couch! Like i said great quality and excellent customer service.
