I contacted Family First because of harrowing experiences with the company I was currently with. I felt the company constantly overcharged and looked to inflate bills rather than just repair. What was necessary or just do it not annual maintenance. One item that was needed was an ultraviolet light at which the company wanted a $1200. I contacted Family First because I had received the coupon in the mail for the same light to be done for $300. While they were there, I asked them to change the installation in the air handler because it was showing signs of mold, they did that efficiently and timely, and the price I paid for the whole job, including a two-year contract was less than the money quoted from the other company for just the light. They were fast. They were efficient and they were friendly. What more could you ask?

I had an excellent experience with this air conditioning company. They are truly the best—very honest, reliable, and professional. They explained everything clearly, did a great job fixing my AC, and charged a fair price. It’s hard to find companies you can really trust, but they are definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality AC service.

Amazing people, came out and listened to my issues and gave us a very fair price. They exceeded my expectations in every category of professionalism, timing, and how thorough they were. They were not here to make money, but to fix our problems and restore quality of life in our home.

We had a crushed duct, dirty air ducts and a leaking air handler. All issues fixed and cleaned within two hours. They did not rush through the job, they made sure everything was completed with time and care. Impressive!
