Ethan Allen has beautiful, solid, well made pieces that are made right here in the USA. We are huge fans and have ordered several pieces from them
over the years and have been very pleased with their durability and craftsmanship! I recently ordered some leather recliners and had ok service from the representative. She said she would keep me informed of delivery/ shipping dates and went MIA. She told me likely to be delivered in January. And that if I didn’t hear from her to call her because things are getting to be ‘so busy’ with season here! What? I found that humorous. I received a call from EA shipping company early Dec saying they would be delivering next week. We’ve had them for 2 week before the representative called to ask how things were going? If I got the chairs? Maybe it’s because I come from a sales background but there was more communication to get the sale and very little, late communication with the second part of the sale with the follow up. Disappointed in that service and undelivered promise. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Still a fan of EA though.

I had two custom white leather chairs made and they are beyond fabulous.
The sales lady Monica was very knowledgeable and kind. I was allowed to take sample swatches out of the store and she picked them up for me the next day, to save me the drive, and to assure the color was perfect in my home.
Ethan Allen is always professional. The delivery was terrific and we are delighted.

Mary Penswick was absolutely wonderful to work with. She consulted on many areas of our project and gave great advice. She came up with beautiful choices. She is attentive to detail and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend her work!

I've spent thousands in Ethan Allen over the past 21 yrs and in March of 2025 I purchased more new furniture for our new home. One of the purchases were 2 Montclair Nightstands that arrived separately. The first stand was brought into the house and they took a picture of it, it was in new, perfect condition, a few weeks later the 2nd one arrived which they unwrapped outside and placed inside the front door, no pictures taken. We had glass tops made to protect them and the other day I noticed marks on the top of table and when I took off the glass top, the top of the table had what looks like small fingerprints and a circular ring on it. The wood appears to be faded as well, this clearly is not a new nightstand which is what I ordered and paid for.

Ethan Allen refuses to replace it and suggested I try cleaning it and offered me 20% off this over $600 table which tells me they agree the table is damaged.

The table on the left is the 1st one that arrived the 2nd picture is the one that came what looks like used.

I'm very disappointed in Ethan Allen and shocked over not standing behind their furniture and lack of customer service and care.
