We had an absolutely OUTSTANDING experience with Essig Pools. If I could give 10 stars, I would! They built a brand-new pool, jacuzzi and multiple water features at our home and completely redid our decking—and the entire process exceeded our expectations from start to finish. THEY DO IT ALL! In the process we had to move an FPL cable, they took care of it. No other Pool Company does the pool, the decking and everything else like they do.
The design process with Ed, who has decades of experience and is super thorough, with the 3D designs and availability made it not only easy but also enjoyable.
Their team was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They stayed on schedule, communicated clearly at every stage, and made sure we always knew what was happening next. It’s rare to find a company that combines this level of craftsmanship with such strong organization and responsiveness. The construction process with our personal company representative Jumar, onsite everyday was amazing. He was super informative always helpful and resolved any issues immediately.
The Construction department with Armando and Elaine were also amazing. We always had weekly call updates. I always knew next steps and they were also able to work around our schedule and our terrible neighbors!
What truly sets Essig Pools apart is their commitment even after the project was completed. Pool School with Ivan was so informative and helpful, I can't believe other companies do not do it! We now know how our entire pool system works. After the fact they have remained available, helpful, and attentive to any questions we’ve had. That level of follow-through speaks volumes about their integrity and customer care.
The quality of the work is exceptional, and the finished result transformed our backyard into something truly special. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Essig Pools to anyone looking for a top-tier pool builder.

Essig Pools completed my pool last year by thanksgiving. We are very pleased with our pool. Dawn was my sales rep she helped pick the design and guided us throughout the process. Elaine and Armando took care of construction from the office and Jumar was my on site project manager. Once the pool was up and running Yvan came and educated me on the equipment and how to use it all. Nichole was in charge of permitting she was extremely patient with me during that process. Miami Dade county can be a little difficult with permits but she finally got all the permits needed to start construction. Construction process was the fastest. From breaking ground to filling pool it took only one month.

We built our pool with Essig and they have been great with support and customer service. We barely need it, but when we do, we trust our problem will be addressed timely and efficiently. Our technician Yvan was great, went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way it should be. Kind, respectful, he had the patience to explain every little detail of what was going on and what needed done, and made sure I understood maintenance instructions to keep the pool healthy. If I follow his instructions I know I won’t need to see him for a while! :)
