Pedro arrived timely, explained what his visit entailed, his work station setup was orderly and neat and mirrored his experienced. He was polite and embraced all my questions. Once job was completed he updated. Everyone involved with the installation has performed with integrity, knowledgeable , focused and confident in their experience and for that I am satisfied and Tiffany is outstanding enduring my concerns were addressed immediately with follow communications, pleasant no apprehension immediate results. I had talked to a couple of previous contractors and then feel comfortable for one reason or the other. Then one day Stephanie showed up representing ESD roofing and solar. I could tell right away and throughout the process she had my best interest in mind. Then it was Kaitlin The specialist the company has to work with insurance companies. I believe just about everyone in Florida knows what kind of challenges that presents. Without Kaitlin this project would have never happened as it would not have been funded.
So anyone reading this needs to know that the master electrician that repaired my electrical service to the roofers are the finest in the business. No one in this company stops until you are satisfied.

Great job by all involved! Solar panels, battery and app are all amazing! Brad and crew provided great customer service throughout the job, even working til late Friday night and coming back early the next Saturday morning to finish up before we left for vacation. Very pleased with production of the system so far as well.
