I want to say that I was not a fan of all the solar companies that were calling me and trying to sale me something they could not truly back. I reached out to Empower and from the start they explained everything in detail of how the process work and answered all the hard questions I had. I was very impressed with their backing and how professional they were. The process went the way they said and the Engineer was very detailed as well. They also paid for my loan until my solar system was turned on. Since I had my system everything has been great and Empower has been doing a great job monitoring as well. I am so glad that I choose Empower Solar solution. I recommend everyone to them

Tracy Cale was our main contact when we started looking at Solar panels. She came to the house, educated us on everything solar related. The process start to finish and used our previous 12 month bills to show us how solar panels would save us money. It was a no hassle no pressure , we signed up and everything went exactly as we were told. The installation took less than a day and the crew were very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything in the same day. I would highly recommend Empower Solar Solutions. Our solar system was matched perfectly to our consumption with FPL and our bills have been greatly reduced. The panels are the best in the industry and the app is great to monitor usage! We went with Empower because we liked the sales lady Tracy & everything seemed to make sense with the products from Sunpower. Install went well & then downhill from there with customer service. Our backup batteries never really worked properly & we were still getting high FPL bills. We called & emailed & got the run around. Again, we are 1 year out & battery issues over & over again. Multiple emails & phone calls later & still no response. $70k+ paid for something we can't even use. Does anyone know who to call??? Not even Sunpower will return our messages. Anyone else get a lemon???
