I have a generator that’s 10 years old Briggs & Stratton. The service company I’m using now told me that I need a new controller that’s not made anymore and I need to buy a new generator for $20,000 luckily enough I contacted Empower spoke to Todd who went through the problems that it could be and said before we do anything or order any parts let’s just send a technician out to take a look. The technician was here for a little under an hour and found bad fuses.The other service company only looked at one fuse in the controller. Empower found a fuse in the transfer switch and the Generator that I never even saw before so far an hour service call I do not need a new generator. I am going to change my service plan over to them and will never ever call anybody else again. The amount of knowledge that they have no one else has.

Empower was fantastic to work with. From Ron in the field to everyone at the office, what a team!! Made everything very easy and they did everything they had said they would be doing. We recommend this company with five stars!

As a retired Fire Marshal that worked with contractors for over 20 years I can tell you that this family owned business is top quality. The manager Gabriella was honest and super smart. I wanted to take a chance on them, being they are in our inspection zone and all I have heard are good things about them. Today was time for a full service and they sent Kenzy. This man took his time like it was his generator to make sure it was in top shape ready for our season to start. He is a super nice guy and will be taking care of my generator from here out. They also work with you on prices and they are very fair not like other companies who treat you like a dime and keep charges high!!
