I can't tell you how happy I am with DJ and Elrod Septic. We've never been on a septic, and he took the time to teach me a ton of things that I didn't know existed. Tips that will serve me well long-term. Also they are organized, receipt by email (even when paying with cash), photos of tank recorded, recommendations; the whole works. Leah was super helpful and polite over the phone, helping me more than I could imagine.. And Dj did his the work eleven outta ten. thank you.

Truly wonderful experience with Elrod Septic installing a brand new septic system. I shopped around quite a bit until I decided to go with Elrod for their great reviews, competitive pricing and outstanding customer service. I am absolutely happy I chose them as they did an excellent job. Communication was awesome, I constantly received appointment reminders, all my questions were fully answered, I always got all the explanations I needed. The job was done in a timely manner and very professionally. Elrod even helped during every step of the inspection process. I am extremely grateful to the Elrod Septic family, especially Leah who provided the best customer service ever.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I left them a message Friday night and Monday morning at 9:00 AM my phone rang. They were here by 9:30! They truly care about their customers. They had my inspection report done, photos and all, and even a call to let me know their findings. They are top notch and that’s why everyone uses them. They are the best around!

Spoke to Leah today and she is an absolute joy to deal with. I just needed a quick fix in a hurry for a system they put in last year as we are selling. She said she would do her best to get it done quick and I appreciate that so much. 5 stars!!
