Had a very pleasant experience using Ellsworth Painting for the interior repainting my home. The employees were very kind, helpful and gentle with my belongings. I was more than satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism the entire company provided! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
This review is based only on communication and follow through because I never had the opportunity to review the work. I was recommended to Ellsworth from a good friend of mine as they had did some work for him (which we was satisfied with). We needed some paint work done at our home in Crawfordville. I called on 7/8/19@ around 10am and didn't get an answer so I left a message. I tried calling again 7/11/19 around 12pm and still no answer. Finally received a call back from a guy named Trent and he said that he had got my vm and had planed to call me back this day. I expressed what we needed for our home and he said he would be happy to give us a quote; conveniently he was going to be in shell point doing a job the next day and stated he could swing by our property after that around 12pm. The next day (7/12), I called at 10 am to confirm, no answer
I called back that evening, no answer. 7/15 i called again and apparently the owner was speaking, I asked him about our quote and he was familiar with the order Trent was suppose to handle. He stated that Trent was out of the office but would be in Wednesday to complete our quote. I explained my frustrations and tried to have him empathize with our situation (trying to put our house on the market for sale). He guaranteed that we have the quote by Wednesday. I told him because of time constraints we would have to move forward if we heard nothing by then......and have yet to hear from them since.
I believe in being fair and honest, and I have heard good things about this company from my friend, also the reviews speak highly of the company. It seems as though they do good work and others have been pleased, however my experience was not as pleasing. I wish the company well and hope others who decide to do business with them have a better experience.
I highly recommend Ellsworth Painting for any and all my painting needs! I hired them to paint the exterior of my home and the ending results looked amazing. Very knowledgeable with different options to chose from, polite and friendly staff and left the job site in excellent condition. All appointments where kept as scheduled and work was completed in a timely manner!!! Definitely top chose for any future painting work!!!
Fantastic experience with Ellsworth Painting i Shell Point! Very challenging house to paint. Extremely weather challenged exterior. Their crew came in, quiet as mice, got done on budget and under time. Could not be happier. Would absolutely use them again.
