I cannot express enough gratitude for Ben and his team. When my elderly father was left in the dark, they came to the rescue, late in the evening. What truly impressed me was their honesty and transparency. They were upfront about the potential costs and didn’t charged for the work they WERE able to complete. They patiently explained the issue and provided clear guidance on how to address the remaining problem with the building maintenance. Their quick response, expertise, and integrity are commendable. I was referred to this local electrician because I need more light fixtures in my home. Sometimes, I'm not sure if he's going to show up or not, but at least he's affordable and offers great pricing. In the end, he did a great job installing the light fixture, even though it took a few weeks.
