Called them on a Thursday early afternoon and was told someone would come by before the end of the day. Nobody showed up or called me back after that. I followed up the following Tuesday (yesterday) and they apologized and assured me a crew would come by before the end of the day which they did. The male connection at the top of my irrigation pump had come loose (picture attached). The crew advised me the front connection was also not 100 percent attached and they needed to replace that as well. They replaced both male fittings (one at the front of the pump and one at the top). No more than 20 minutes from arrival time at my property to finish time of the work. Materials used were two male fittings which might cost a dollar or two each. Final bill was $257.50. You can be the judge if that’s reasonable or not. Cost of work combined with the initial no show or return phone call is the reason for the two stars.

Had a problem with my well pump losing its prime after chlorinating the well. We had no water in the house. Called Ed's at 8 am and they had it fixed by 11 am. Awesome! Very fair price for the work as well. Great experience! Thanks Ed and your team!

Ed's wells installed an irrigation well and pump for us a year ago. I had no complaints and was very happy with the job done. fast forward to present day. We noticed our grass was looking crappy so we did a wet check on our sprinkler system. the well pump would start but no water was coming out. I called ed's this morning at 8am and they were at my house within an hour to fix the problem. We are back up and running! I am very impressed by and thankful for Ed's wells.

Huge thanks to Nick W. with Ed’s Wells for getting our well pump fixed so quickly. Nick was professional, personable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He saved us a lot of money with a repair instead of a replacement. We really appreciate the fast response and the quality of the work. Very happy with the service.

Thanks Ed's Wells and Nick W!

RO system went down on a Saturday and Ed's wells got us back up and running a few hours later. Great service. Highly recommend
