Eddy Storm Protection

After waiting over 8.5 months of them holding my deposit they did install my shutters. The owner was rude and verbally abusive to me on the phone when I called to get the finish work done. They left holes in the inside of my house wall. they replaced the soffit that they damaged with a different color than what my house has. So now I have mixed colors on my fascia and soffit after they charged me extra for it. They did not paint the house where they damaged the paint so now my house needs some touch up painting. One of the shutters was not sized correctly. (they did fix that) They also put a lein on our property and claimed the paperwork was signed in front of a notary, which it was not. We were paid in full before the job was done so we are stuck. So, lesson learned do not make your last payment until you are satisfied with the finished job.

A very professional and efficient company to do business with. Accurately measured and remeasured the entire house. Made suggestions and recommendations. Right at the very beginning they told me that once I decided what to do and gave them a deposit, it would then take about 12 months for installation. Because of the great reputation of Eddy Storm Protection, we chose them. It was a few weeks more than a year for the installation BUT, everything was delivered and installed in one day. The crew was on time, polite, intelligent, sober, efficient, knowledgable, and professional. My conversations with the office staff and John Eddy himself were always courteous and understanding. I would recommend them and would contract with them again. Their products are not cheap. But, quality always costs a bit more than things of lesser quality. A great experiance, and everything was completed August 21st, ahead of Dorian. Who knows what that will bring but everything is installed and I feel ready- - - - thank you EDDY!

Excellent job. Levy and Zack did a great job installing my roll down shutter. I opted for the stucco coating, and they even painted the shutter prior to installing. The electrician (Mike) also did a great job installing the electrical switch, and even fixed a minor problem with my GFI plug. John did a great job measuring. The only issue was the long wait, 15 months, for installation, but that was because of backup from Florida hurricanes. Also, they forgot to pull permit for inspection, and didn't follow up on inspection date. Typical mediocre administration.

Another great installation: hurricane shutters on our ocean-front balcony. Outstanding installation team: courteous, neat, knowledgeable, and thorough. Excellent product. We had five windows done two years ago: all electric .. fine protection.

Excellent service, responsive to customer concerns, friendly employees. They were highly recommended by my sister in law who had their shutters 3yrs ago. They are best around! I am so happy I went with Eddy Storm Protection.
