Peach was equally an awesome installer. He was polite, quick, and he answered all of my questions which were few because he was very clear in explaining everything.
Both Gentlemen clearly enjoy their jobs and execute them with an enthusiasm and a positive attitude. If more of us had this mentality we’d all be happier customers.
We were introduced to EcoWater via our Costco membership. Joe contacted us and reviewed our needs. He was very helpful and made the decision to buy seamless. April coordinated the installation and did a great job. Drew just did the install and explained how to use it and helped setup the app on our phone. I highly recommend EcoWater, terrific teamwork!

I just had a new EcoWater Systems water softener installed by Ideal Water Solutions. My installer Jose Soler did a wonderful job on the install as well as helping me setup the app, how to operate the system, and what to do with special situations like refilling the pool, etc.. My salesman “Nick” Nicolas also was great explaining the differences in models and benefits/features of the system. I could not be happier with the process and system thus far.
