EcoWater Systems was awesome to work with. From the initial phone call for a water softner to RO system was painless. The install person was efficient, friendly and very thorough in explaining the new systems. By far the best service.
We have had soft water and a drinking system in hour out of state home for 35 years. We bought a home here in Fernandina Beach and had to have soft water! The water here is surprisingly hard and the drinking tap water is just okay. I researched multiple soft water providers and had two selected to come out and provide quotes. We chose Tri-County EcoWater for our softener and drinking system. The owner Charles came out to talk about what we needed and the best solution. He is a wealth of knowledge and is not a pressure salesman and is looking to provide the solution you need at the best price. His team, Josh and Tevin came out the following week to do the installation. I’ve had many installers coming out to do their work before and I will say that they were by far at the top. Punctual, professional, considerate, and very efficient! They did the drinking water system install first that included drilling a quartz countertop and running lines between cabinets. The install was excellent. Next was the softener which requires them to dig a ditch through the plant beds and under a sidewalk, which they did by hand and used tarps to keep the dirt out of the bedding. Installed the softener in the garage and ran later lines out to the line coming into the house. When they were done, you didn’t know they had dug a 35 foot ditch. Install of softener in garage was very professionally done. I truly can’t remember an installation of anything being so well done. They worked from about 9:30 in the morning to 2:30 non stop. My experience with Tei-County EcoWater was excellent from start to finish. So glad I chose them!!!
