Eastside Mowers

I’ve been dealing with this place for going on 4 years now and let me tell you, I will NEVER go to any other place. Ive bought 2 commercial grade mowers from them and each time the process was as smooth as it gets. All my equipment I’ve dropped off gets fixed accordingly & in a timely manner. Including middle of summer when everyone drops off equipment. I’ve been guided in the right direction whenever I had a question or concern about something. The owner doesn’t BS you & is honest and to the point, something very hard to find in small businesses these days. If you’re in need of landscaping equipment needs or repairs, give them a call!

Purchased a stihl MS 182 chainsaw this year used it once a couple weeks ago, went to use it again and the fuel tank where the lid goes on is broken. They won’t offer a solution and told me my warranty has expired that they told me was good for 1 year when purchased.

I bought a lawnmower from them because it came with a warranty. Anything happened? I could bring it back. I’ve had it for less than a year. It wouldn’t start took it and dropped it off when I called them about it. They said they replaced the carburet and a spark plug $254. I owe them blaming it on bad gas after reading the reviews. I see that they do this often they don’t even tell you what needs to be done before they do it. They just do it and give you a big bill. They do not accept anything under warranty according to their reviews. This place is a scam. I probably didn’t need a carburettor. I probably needed just a spark plug but being charged for it.

Today, I had a very bad experience. at Eastside Mower's Palm Bay, FL.. I went in to get my repair blower that I took in the day before. They fixed it. I had no problem with the repair bill, except for the fact that I told them that I just put a brand new spark plug in the machine. They informed me. that I did not say anything. to them about that. The owner started yelling at me. and cursing me out and telling me to take my business elsewhere. All the equipment that you see in this picture. that I have posted. has come from them. And I trust them service. My equipment. But the owner yelling at me and cursing me out over a $5 plug, which he said $5. But on the bill. they were charging me $8 for the plug. He gave me my money back. and with a very loud tone. Told me not to come back ever again. Take my equipment elsewhere. Is what he said. They have been very good to me. but they have cheated me on some equipment when I. Bought and took it in for service. Case in point, I had a mower go bad on me. They said they call Toro. Manufacture. and see if they would replace my equipment. Toro manufacturers said they never got a call.. they also. Said they Called about the engine. But never did. Information I was informed by Toro manufacturer.. the owner of that. mowing company in Palm Bay. should go to a mental hospital. He was yelling and cursing at me. I never heard such language from him. He's always been nice to me But to day, he exploded on me. I will not be going back.. staff. in the repair shop. have always been nice and kind to me.. I hope they get a new boss soon. Because Tom, the current owner. is just a big bully..

Update: I now have a Stihl string trimmer/ brush cutter and small blower I purchased here. Fantastic experience again. Great experience. Great showroom. The guy that helped me was friendly and stayed with us until we decided on something. We initially went to Home Depot when Eastside was closed to get a Toro push mower, but at the Depot, we went through two new mowers that were not in new condition. They were scraped up. Here at Eastside, the mower came in perfect new condition, they got it ready and tested it for us, registered us for the warranty, and helped us load it up. We did nothing except enjoy the experience. He then went over all the controls and components in detail with us. I am a very happy customer and I will always buy a mower at a dealer from now on.
