We hired East Coast Lumber for our window package and also ordered all our doors, trim and siding from them. We had several communication errors throughout our project. Our window order had 2 screw ups on it, which cost us thousands of dollars, and which Ty(our contact/sales person)refused to take ownership of. We had several times when we were promised one thing and they did not follow up on their end. I would not trust East Coast Lumber with any of my future projects or recommend them to anyone.

I stopped in to inquire about purchasing wood but wasn't quite sure how to describe what I needed. The man who helped me didn't give up on me, he was able to figure out what I needed and gave me a detailed print out of the options available. t's nice when somebody tries to help and doesn't just give up on the customer! I really appreciated that. I purchased the wood later; the same man was not available to help me but the other employee was courteous and efficient.
