Thiago has been outstanding as our pool technician. He is detail oriented, keeps the pool in excellent condition, and makes sure chemicals and equipment are properly maintained. He explains things clearly when needed and addresses any concerns quickly.

Let’s be honest - as an end user we primarily only care about our service, not corporate policy, which is in the hands of the person providing the service. The gentleman that cleans and maintains our pools has not only done a great job but more importantly he is attentive to the small things: never dropping the rake, making sure gates are shut, arriving every week on the same date and time, never blocking my driveway, being polite and personable These maybe minor in initial appearance but make the difference in great service or meeting minimum standards.
