i’m a long time customer…. always been decently happy until today. i paid for the most expensive wash and got this???? seriously no effort was put into this car wash i feel like i lost $50.
edit:: they did fix it and brandon was very helpful to make sure it was done correctly. i’ll be coming back, hopefully the quality is there next time as well :)
The whole crew were wonderful! Candace was amazing! She stopped a line of cars for me to get through to the wash safely. My car came out looking wonderful. They were able to get the dog hair out which I have been trying to remove for a month on my own! Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in town!
I pulled up to the Eager Beaver car wash today and they were packed! I thought about turning around and continuing back another time but then this pretty lady in Pink started directing me forward so I thought ok I’m already here! She was very sweet and introduced herself as Candace the manager, she assured me that although it looked busy her guys are very fast and they’d have me out quickly! She was right and she even made sure every big on my car was gone! I decided to go back around to the young man in yellow and join their membership!! Great staff at this location!
I recently purchased the unlimited monthly car washes from eager Beaver car wash in Sarasota Florida at the Beneva location I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle and Ashley there who provided exemplary customer service was very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining all of the benefits of their services. The next time I used eager Beaver it was at the South Tamiami trail location in Sarasota there I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon he also provided exemplary customer service that you don't find at a lot of businesses. The personal attention to details that were provided by each of these individuals named above each deserves 10 Stars I truly appreciate the Personal touch and taking pride in your work as well as making sure each customer is satisfied thank you so much I look forward to a long relationship with my eager beaver family at both locations.
I can’t believe how clean my car was after the detailing. I work next door to the to the car wash so it is very convenient for me. Brandon Bridgewater was very friendly and professional. I will recommend them to my family and friends. I give them five stars.
