I have been working with Doctor Kool I believe for almost 12 years. He has responded quickly and professionally everytime I needed his services and help. If something needed 'tweeked ' after a visit, a service man was here ASAP. No hassle. All contracts and services were honored. We had a very good experience with Dr Kool. We had two other providers come look at the HVAC system, and Dr Kool was by far the best. The technician, Hayden, was great! Knowledgeable about the HVAC system and what the issue was. He spent time explaining what he was doing and the best way to keep the system running at its best. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I felt the cost was reasonable for the services. He provided some options for additional service, but it was a nice discussion, and not a “hard sell”. Allowed me time to consider and do my research. Dr Kool is now my HVAC specialist.

I rate Dr. Kool a solid 74 degrees, just the way I like my AC! When I had an emergency with my air conditioning in the middle of summer, their team came through in a big way.

The technicians were friendly and efficient, quickly diagnosing the problem and explaining the repairs needed. They worked hard even in the heat to get my AC up and running again.

I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. Having a reliable AC service like Dr. Kool makes all the difference during those hot summer days! Highly recommend!

Service was good but for a simple cleaning with zero parts Dr Kool is just way too expensive. I flushed the drain line just to remove any residual chemicals because I collect the distilled water for orchids and surprisingly the water came out filthy dirty so the technician obviously didn’t even flush the drain line! The technician is nice and knowledgeable but did overlook this small issue but his overall work was really good. We foolishly signed up for a year of service but if any serious work needs done we will definitely get multiple bids given how expensive Dr Kool seems to be.

Needed service, Emily took my call - confirmed tech for afternoon. technician at my door in 4 hours. Diagnosed electrical relay issue. Had part on truck, replaced. Chris B was professional, clean, and pleasant. Thanks Dr Kool team
