Shain and the team are your true partners through design & planning, permitting, and construction. From the first on-site visit we were impressed with Shain’s consultative approach, patience, and care. From prompt responses to every question under the sun to welcomed input on what would work for us based on our preferences and Dolphin’s experience and expertise—they took all of the stress out of the design journey.

The crews were courteous, diligent, and skillful. They take pride in their work and the end result makes that obvious. We felt informed every step of the way up until our final inspection.

Since construction completed, Shain and his team have continued to be incredible partners to us. Helping with random questions, warranty touch-ups, offering to help us order replacement filters, find pool furniture… you name it. Dolphin are truly your partners for the long-haul.

The only unfortunate thing about our experience was that it had to end. I wish I had more backyards to build more pools with this incredible family run organization.

We had an amazing experience working with the family run business, Dolphin Pool and spas. Shain and Gabrielle are wonderful to work with and they also have a great team who do excellent work and they all work very fast and the outcome is beautiful and meticulous work! We love our pool so much and we couldn’t recommend them enough! They are also competitively priced. They also do beautiful 3D renderings of the pool and the final product looks exactly like the renderings!
