DIX, LLC

I’d like to know how there are ONLY 12 reviews (all 5 star) for at least a 3 year period. I am interested in working with Dix, but the few reviews has me wondering.

I reached out to DIXGen after looking for companies that were experienced on dealing with Generators (not many around). Even though this company is mainly for stand-by generators, mine was a large portable generator, they helped me (hard to find a company that can work with portable generators). I spoke with their sales person who gave me the contact information to their service coordinator (Rocky). I sent an email and within a couple of hours I got a response and started looking on scheduling the appointment. Rocky was very accommodating with my schedule and sent one his techs, Axel. Axel was extremely professional, he arrived on time and set up his work station to avoid any oil spills. In about 20 minutes he was able to take the unit apart and confirm his original diagnosis. So, in other words, he is VERY knowledgeable and if I ever need more support on this or other generators, I will call DIXGen.

In summary they are timely, professional, and more importantly knowledgeable.

We have a vacation home in Orlando. I noticed when I pulled into the yard that the generator had a red light on and an error code. I had the unit installed a few years back, and when we called the company that installed it, they said that they couldn’t come out for three weeks to look at it.

I was heading back north and needed it looked at before I left. I went on the Generac web site and searched service companies in the area. DIX had great reviews on there, so I gave them a call. No answer, but I got a email right away and a call back within an hour. They were at my house the next day and were able to quickly fix the problem. They ran a few tests and the generators is working great. I went ahead and got on their annul service plan and they come out twice a year to make sure I am not without power when the lights go out. I would highly recommend them.

Rocky and Axel are amazing to work with! Our Generac Generator stopped working the same day that Hurricane Ian hit Lake Mary. Awful timing! However, I called Rocky at DIX Generators and he had his Tech Axel fix our Generator that day, even though Axel had worked extra hours. Axel fixed the Generator and we now have power! Amazing Customer Service and Professionalism! ONLY CALL DIX TO FIX YOUR GENERATOR PROBLEMS - NO OTHER REPAIR COMPANY CAN MATCH THEM!!!

We reached out to several companies to arrange service for our Generac at our home and the only company to call us back was DIX Generators. Not only did they call us back, but they were able to send out a service technician the same day we made initial contact. The service Tech was very professional and polite. Would absolutely recommend using them.
