Dexter's Floors

I had Dexter's do several jobs over the past couple of years on a new home. 1st job was removing carpet from master closet and replacing with ceramic tile to match the bathroom floor.
I next had them remove all carpeting from my 3 bedrooms and 2nd floor loft and replace with luxury vinyl tile that matched what I had installed in my great room when I had the home built. In both cases they were very fast, professional and very reasonably priced. When done, they did a thorough clean up.
This past week, based on my recommendation, my sister in law had all of her carpeting removed and replaced with luxury vinyl. Again, the work was completed in 1 day, is excellent quality work and the installers were very professional. When done, the had the house cleaned up and back to ready to re-install the furniture.
We can both strongly recommend Dexters. Jeannie Thompson, the Operations Manager, will come to your home to give you quotes and show samples to choose from if you need it. In my case I knew what the current flooring was and they matched it perfectly. They are a small local company that does great work and provides top notch customer service.

Found them randomly looking around google for a flooring repair and I’m glad we did. They get it DONE, and quickly too. Went ahead and got a new subfloor instead of just repairing and she was so impressed with them I had them do the laminate as well. Everyone is easy to deal and prompt to respond from texts to emails to people in the office.

We had some bumps in the road and had to wait an additional 2 days for install due to product. Mike and his team who came out on Saturday did a great job. They were professional and did not leave until they knew I was satisfied and happy with the job. I will use them for my next project and will definitely ask for Mike and his team.

Dexters did a great job helping us pick out the flooring that would be great for our home and family needs. The quoted price was accurate and competitively lower than other businesses. The demo of our old flooring and laying of the new floors was professionally done. We brought up something we didn’t like about one of the transitions, they came up with a solution and got it fixed in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again!
