Deja Vu Consignment Furniture

Love this store. It’s well curated and they have so much (don’t forget to look up!). Got this little teak tray today for only $3!

WOW!!! What a selection! Granted, some of the furniture is a little pricey for used furniture but wow is everything there not only gorgeous but it’s in great condition too! The building is humongous and it works in its favor, allowing guests to really window-shop for their dream houses! Their pricing system is also wicked clever! Excited to go back in a few weeks and check if my dream dresser is still there 🤞 Even if it isn’t, haha, I know there will be something good awaiting me!

We have been coming here for years and we will NOT be back due to the nature of how Jeremy treated us at our visit today. First our check out began with us asking which price tag was correct, an item with 2 separate tags displaying $50 and $65, his snark response was “does this look like our tag?” As if we should know their official stores tag, which is why we asked kindly for clarity.

Then this ends with the purchase of a nativity set, displayed with 4 figurines and animals at $65, which we asked and clarified with another worker prior to carrying it up to the front. He begins to say that is not correct, while the other employee verifies that she did state it was $65 to us.

Instead of explaining this to us in a calm and kind manner, he began to get rude and state these figuring were displayed so we could see what we could do with the stable. He then begins to make snark comments about why would it be sold together, when it was in fact displayed together so I expressed my confusion and ask for him to clarify. He begins to open random boxes, states they are all part of a set, when I ask how if they are all in separate boxes with separate certifications how this is possible.

After this continued I stated this is not how you speak to a costumer, nevertheless less anyone because it was so uncalled for. The other employee also expressed her apologizes and agreed that is not how we should have been addressed. I purchased the other items I had picked out and left mortified, this entire display in front of a line of people.

I frequent here and always tell friends and family to come to your establishment. I can no longer recommend this place after how I was treated and I hope for your business sake that you address this issue because nobody deserves to be talked to in this manner. This nativity set was intended for a gift to someone who just lost their home and all items within, the gift could have been such a beautiful thing that was turned into such a poor experience.

Very welcoming store with a huge inventory! Came here while waiting for the DMV to call us in line so we didn’t have time to make any selections.

The parrots and cockatoos in the store were so cute and really distracting from making a purchase haha. We will definitely be back to check out the furniture and clothes more!

This is my go to store anytime I am looking for something unique and high-quality. The prices are very fair. The staff is very helpful. Two huge Buildings to wander through and you need to take your time because there’s so much to see.
Double up your fun and hit Vintage Marché and Deja Vue together in one day. Vintage Marche is only open the first weekend of each month . About 10 min from each other.
