Danny's Septic Services

My team and I own multiple properties in the Delray area and have dealt with many septic companies over the years. This was my second and last interaction with Danny’s Septic.

One of our properties has a separate laundry septic system that was backing up into the house. I called Danny’s Septic specifically to get a second opinion, since another company had already confirmed the issue was not the main septic tank.

While on the phone with the person who identified herself as the owner, she continuously talked over me and interrupted as I tried to explain the situation. She insisted the tank would need to be pumped in order to diagnose the issue, despite me clearly explaining that another licensed company had already ruled that out. I wasn’t questioning her expertise—I simply asked if someone could come out and look at the issue so she could understand what had already been diagnosed.

When I asked to speak with someone else, I was told there was no one else to speak to. No willingness to listen, no attempt to understand the problem, and no effort to send someone out for an assessment.

I called another septic company immediately after, and they were polite, professional, and sent someone out right away.

Based solely on the disrespectful communication and lack of customer service, Danny’s Septic lost my business permanently. I would not recommend this company to property owners or anyone looking for professional, courteous service.

I've been using this company for the last 20 years, until today. I asked them to do the exact same service they have been doing for decades and instead they got obnoxious and rude, yelling at me over speakerphone. Then they hung up on me.

Got our tank pumped in November this week noticed a hole in the ground above the lid. Called to get an idea of what it could be and got offered to send a truck out to pump it again or service call another 295$ was told it was normal to have a hole because of it was back flowing outside? And may need to be pumped again *not even two months*. I said okay but went ahead and doug up found a 6in hole in the tank lid. Where the cap could have gone no idea? The staff is extremely nice, prompt and The price for the pump was fantastic. Just make sure you take a look at everything before they cover up the hole. I won’t be using them again but it could have just been an off day.
If they would have sent out a small truck to see what the issue was or asked for pictures before saying it’d be another 295 to see if it was their mess up or my systems.
if it was my systems I would have paid it but I don’t believe it was. Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 star review. The pictures are the hole I found then the lid with the cap missing after I uncovered the lid.
