D & E Pump Sales & Services Inc

Woke up to my water not working in my house; I called 4 places before D&E and they either did not answer, or didn't have immediate availability. When I called D&E they answered the phone right away, were up front about costs, and sent a tech within 30 minutes. When the tech arrived it also took him about 30 min to diagnose and fix the problem! They were so efficient, I will be using them for all my water service needs from now on and highly recommend them to others. Thank you!

Problems began straight from what the sales person told us vs what equipment actually does. It's been 10 months of trying to get issues fixed, and system will never do what the sales person told us, and now is trying to say they didn't tell me that. I have a special needs daughter and I always make sure I ask all the questions that affect her health, and water is for sure one of those things. There have been multiple incidents where we don't have water or system isn't working. Pics posted are today's issues. The yellow water is what is going into my home after running through their system. Called once again, and they wont send a tech out until Tuesday next week, and I called first this this morning (Friday) So we will have to live in a hotel once again because we can't use the water in our own home. Honestly at this point we told them we want a refund and just remove their equipment and they tell me that's not an option. I could write a 3 page review detailing out all the issues, but if this doesn't give you enough information to never use them, the rest of the details won't matter. SO FRUSTRATING!

Chuck and Henry were professional! I thought I needed a new well. They checked out a couple things and said nope just a pump and bladder tank. What a relief. Thank you Chuck and Henry for being honest and wasn’t out to rope me off. This was nice for once! Great job I appreciate your honesty. Most definitely calling when needed again. Brian

D&E Pump and their technician, Jason, rock!!!! 100% satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism, and skill. After 2 other irrigation technicians gave up troubleshooting our residential irrigation system, they referred us to a well-drilling service. After an estimate of $8k from one company, and waiting 3 weeks for another company to "no show, no call," we called D&E Pump Sales & Service. They scheduled us for the following week and their technician Jason was on time, friendly, professional and skilled. He went to work very confident he could fix it. He troubleshot it down to a bad check valve at the well head, replumbed the system lines to make the check valve more accessible, replaced the check valve and had our system (that had been down for 2 months) back on-line in 90 minutes. Thanks Jason and D&E for saving us alot of time and expense.
