Awesome experience. Brian helped me troubleshoot the problem via phone at 6:30 in the morning instead of trying to sell me a new pump and my water was back on in minutes. Quick call back after I left a message, explained the issue and walked me through it. He definitely has my future business. God bless him he saved the world from dealing with a woman who didn't have running water Lol.

Infixing my old deep wheel design done by a company in Sanford, Brian had a more durable design and a stronger sumersible motor than was installed originally.
He removed the pvc down pipe and replaced with a galvanized metal pipe.
The final assembly required new parts and he replaced them all.
The pump installation was completed quickly even though we learned that I had a free flowing well.
He addressed all the issues and still kept his eralier estimate.

My wife noticed that the water pressure inside the house was starting to get weak. I went out and checked the well and water softner and sure enough the softner was leaking. I thought great! I'm going to have to spend a couple thousand dollars on a new system. I reached out to Bryan at Cutting Water Works, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He came out, assessed the situation and assured us that we did not need a new system. He rebuilt our system and serviced the well for a quarter of the cost for a new system, saving us a lot of money. Bryan was on time, had everything he needed on his truck and completed the job in less than two hours. It is so difficult to find a good and honest contractor today. If and when we need a new well or water softner, Bryan is who we will call to install it. Also our water not only had good pressure again, it taste better now than it did when we first had it put in. I highly recommend Cuttings Water Works.
Bryan came highly recommended. He went over and above with not only a pump issue we were having, which he came on a Saturday to fix the issue. He also installed a water softener for us, from the minute we decided to have it installed he was informative, quick to install, professional and a pleasure to work with.
