Bob and his team at Custom Pool Renovations were incredible! From scheduling to completion of our resurfacing they worked professionally. We initially had an issue with the color that was used.  In speaking with Bob he was able to determine with the manufacturer that it was a defect in the product. They offered to resurface the pool with a different color. Again the process was handled professionally and continued to be looked after.  They took the time to explain the process in detail, made daily stops and ensured I was satisfied throughout. Stay with me this is gonna be long but worth it. While I was out of town, my husband hired another company to resurface our pool. Four days in, it was clear they had completely wrecked our stairs and several other areas, unnecessarily. I called Custom pool in a panic, explain what happened, and they stepped in immediately, even though their schedule is packed.
The difference was night and day. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. Bob stayed in constant contact with my family, explained every step of the process, and made sure we always knew what was happening. As the owner, he also stopped by almost daily to check the quality and progression of the project. The first picture shows the disaster. The original company left us with. It’s been a month since completion and they still check in to make sure everything looks good and is running well. Fair pricing, reliable timing, incredible communication, and a flawless final result we couldn’t be happier.

There are always hiccups in construction, even those went smoothly. Bob and his crew were always very pleasant, professional and respectful to us and our property. Bob and Cindy at Custom Pool Renovations did a wonderful job with our pool renovation. They took our "Basic 80's" rectangle pool and literally rejuvenated it! With Bob's keen insight, he helped us design a renovation that included a new beach entry, swim out shelf, new lighting and water feature, resurfacing, and more. There's nothing these guys can't do and the pool is spectacular! His crew was timely, professional, courteous, but most importantly tidy! They cleaned up at the end of each day, making a huge backyard renovation much more tolerable. This was a big job, but they met or exceeded all projected timelines and stayed on budget. Highly highly recommend CPR! They were awesome!

I recently contracted with Custom Pool Renovations to add waterbowls to my pool area. Bob and his staff were professional, provided options and recommendations for the install and even assisted in the selection of the bowls themselves. Bob personally managed the project and assured that the job was being performed to his high standards. I am very pleased with the outcome and am glad to have found this company.
