Culligan by GW Pumps

This is from 3/30/2023. Rich and Curtis came by and did a spectacular job. They explained everything to me and I was very comfortable with their explanations. They also have a 3 months same as cash plan for those who cannot pay the whole price. They will be back for part 2 and possibly part 3 of needed work at my house. Thank you guys for a job well done!!!

Zach came by to my neighbors house to work on a trouble they had. Zach was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and put us at ease. He also explained the RO Systems that the company offers which I am very interested in. You have our business!! Thank you!

Huge shout out to GW Pumps & Purification for installing our new hot water heater yesterday. After the old one flooded out last Thursday we set up an appointment with Home Depot to have one installed on Saturday. Well, the tech didn't show up and stopped answering calls so I decided to go local but everywhere was closed Sun/Mon for the holiday weekend. After calling around various places yesterday and being told I would have to wait 1 to 2 weeks GW Pumps & Purification rearranged their schedule and got a guy out yesterday afternoon. The tech, Ray, was nothing but nice and helpful and after being without hot water for 5 days we were back in business!

Culligan GW Pumps was that only place that answered the phone on Sunday. Everyone else went to message. Zach came out and got the pump running but told me what was wrong with my 25 year old equipment. The next day he brought out new equipment and did the install. Zach was friendly and competent. I am so happy to get a new pump, bladder tank, and pressure switch. I will definitely tell my friends about the great service I received. Gail Grindley

We have used GW Pumps for years and have always been happy with their work. Zach was fantastic, he came out earlier in the month for a leak and we talked about my system. {I believe the previous homeowner had done part of it himself} Zach told me what could be done and gave me a quote for making the changes. He came yesterday and did the job. I am very happy with the work, and it looks fantastic compared to what it did look like. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He told me everything he was doing and when he left everything was cleaned up and ready to go. As always, I am very happy with the work.

On Friday morning, our pool pump went out. My husband called GW Pumps and they sent out a technician that afternoon! Kurtis, the technician tried valiantly to repair our aging pump. By this time, it was late afternoon on Friday. He didn't have the proper size new pump with him to install. He returned early Monday morning and within a half hour had the new pump up and running. Kurtis was very dedicated to helping us and we were so impressed that GW sent him out to us right away. In these days where you often don't reach a live person, and no one seems to return your call, GW was a great experience. Highly recommend.
