We recently had a service visit and wanted to share our experience. We did appreciate that the company was able to come out the same day, and the $100 service fee felt reasonable for a service call.
When the technician arrived, the visit didn’t feel like a true evaluation of our existing well system. Much of the conversation focused on how old our water system was (only 3 years old) and how much we paid for it, and it quickly shifted into trying to sell us a replacement system. When I attempted to explain the actual issue we were experiencing, it didn’t seem to be a priority, and the solution presented was mainly to upgrade to their equipment. When he did suggest what we should fix, it had NOTHING to do with the water system he was trying to replace.
Overall, it felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine service call, which was frustrating given the service fee. We wanted to share this experience honestly for others considering using this company.

They spare no expense to go the full distance and truly give customers the experience they deserve!
The service technicians are great. They are polite and professional. The only thing I would like to see is a faster response when a service call is placed. All in all they are a great company to work with. I am happy with Crystal Clear and that is why I opted for the yearly service agreement. Once the response time is faster I will definitely give them a 5 star.

The only issue I have with this company is trying to get ahold of them. Every call goes to voicemail and then you get a text with every phone call they don’t answer asking what they can do to help you. The answer is is simple. Answer your phone!! Seems they only had one person answering calls and were swamped so almost impossible to get ahold of them.
Once you do they are awesome.
We have a drinking water filtration system under our sink that stopped working, and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I called Crystal Clear Water expecting to hire them to fix it, but instead of taking my money, they walked me through a few solutions over the phone. With their help, I was able to get everything working again. It’s clear this company genuinely wants to help people, which is something you don’t come across very often anymore. Thank you!
