I called Courtesy Water and spoke to Scott regarding a home purifier for my house. He came out and explained everything thoroughly. I decided to use his company based off his knowledge and experience. I have to say my family is much happier now knowing that we have safe water in our home. You cannot go wrong with this company!!! I will give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you again for keeping my family safe and healthy!
We were having issues with our well water for a few months and after some research we found Scott, words cannot express how grateful we are that we found him and his team. We called him and explained what was happening, he came the very next day and explained very clearly and in details exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to address the issue, the very same day they came and clean my tank which was very dirty, within a few days they came back and started drilling our new well, the whole process was very smooth, the professionalism Scott and his team have is out of this world, you don’t find companies with such great attitude anymore. We truly recommend this company for any well water issues, they are definitely the best in their field. Thank you.

Scott to the rescue!
Background - I recently found myself responsible for a property with well water. After a few initial visits with the existing provider on more basic issues, I reached out to a neighbor for a new water guy and they wouldn’t take the job bc they didn’t install or service the water system so made me go back to the original provider who I did not feel great about. Long story short, after spending a ton of money and installing new water pumps, I still continued to have problems with the newly installed and PAID FOR water pump, and the old provider did not stand behind his work and continued to charge for me for troubleshooting (not even diagnosing the issue or being sure it was resolved).
SCOTT TO THE RESCUE - I cut my losses and contacted Scott/Courtesy Water, who was recommended by another neighbor and described as “definitely knows what he is doing and you won’t be disappointed” who came to diagnose the problem immediately (same day) and was extremely competent and knowledgeable the minute he arrived on the scene, no more guessing as he quickly resolved the issue while also cleaning my tank to look as good as new (see pic). My only regret is not calling Scott sooner given the multiple visits and expenses paid on a previous provider!
