I can’t say enough great things about Cool Water Pump and Well! Their 24-hour service truly saved the day for us. When we had an issue with our well late at night, they responded quickly, showed up on time, and got everything fixed faster than we expected.

Matt and Tracey were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on so we felt completely comfortable with the repair. It’s hard to find dependable, honest service these days, but they absolutely delivered.

I’m extremely grateful for the amazing service from Cool Water Pump and Well!!! We lost water on Saturday morning and didn’t hesitate to come out on a weekend to check things out and to fix our well pump so we wouldn’t be without water for the remainder of the weekend!!! Matt arrived when he said he would and did a terrific job. We lost our water on a weekend, and are back up and running after professional repair. Pricing was excellent.

Matt has been out to service our well 4 times now and each time he’s out within an hour even on a Saturday or cold weather. We had our well pipes burst during the recent freeze and he was out quickly and had it all fixed up within 30 mins. Extremely professional and very helpful, he’s the only one I would ever call about anything related to your well.

Matt has been fantastic with helping me with both my well and pump issues. I've been having well problems for a while now and finally had some major issues come up. He came out originally to fix our pump which was not shutting off and taught me what to do for the next time this happened and explained why it was happening, we thought it was a simple issue. However, this ended up leading to a pipe bursting on the well about a week later on New Years Eve, followed by my well and pump going out on New Years Day. He came out both days to help regardless of the holiday, explained things when I had questions, and made sure I had working water the same day each time.

I am glad I listened to the reviews and called him for help. Do yourself a favor and call this man for help as he does his best, works hard, charges great prices, and will come back and fix issues if things are still acting up like a small drip. Thank you so much for your help and quick service!
