Leonardo arrived within the scheduled time window, is super knowledgeable and determined the problem quickly. He was able to repair it and suggest solutions to keep the unit running smoothly in the future. I was impressed with my service and signed up for their annual maintenance plan. I’m writing this review because after a costly repair and a technician who didn’t respond when the repair did not work, I saw an ad and called Cool Air Experts, not knowing anything about them. They were responsive, came out on a Sunday, which is very rare, responded to the problem and fixed the issue that the other company did not. Leo was patient, explained the situation and what needed to be done and was an all around competent, knowledgeable and nice guy. I even signed up for their monthly service contract because I liked their professionalism and honesty. The price was fair for what needed to be repaired and I highly recommend their services.
