Our experience was exemplary. The pool deck turned out exactly as we expected. Replicated the picture we first saw in an ad perfectly. Timely completion, even with the delay caused by unseasonably cold weather. Our tech, Numa, was a delight. His attention to detail and work ethic was just what you’d want for a project like this. People make a business successful and Numa certainly exemplified this. Thanks to Numa and everyone at Concrete Designs of Tampa Bay.

5 stars simply does not do it: more like 1000 stars without an ounce of hesitation. Let's do this step by step.
1- Not one, not 2, not 3 but more like 4 meetings to thoroughly explain in details the step by step work to be done for the resurfacing of the community pool area. Michael the boss is one hell of a classy person, well informed, patient and knows his company in detail
2- The crew, Rob and Luis, wow an amazing duo from the moment they started till they concluded 7 days later. They explained the daily prep and work and no kidding, they would arrive between 8 and 9 and it was NON STOP work till 2 and some days till 3:30. Pleasant, kind, respectful and genuinely enjoy their job.
3- The results, well look at the pictures from start to end. Phenomenal work from start to finish and we miss those 2 already. Thank you all, you have been super amazing from start to finish.

Where do I begin to mention what a spectacular job they did on my pool deck and outdoor lanai? Evers was the lead on the project. The man is the Picasso of patio design. I have never seen anyone spend so much time on the detail of how the final product will look. The project comes with a 10 year warranty (need to seal it at 5 years again) so no worries.

Beautiful job. Victor did an excellent job. Very thorough, it took lots of prep work, but the end result is great. Victor spent 3 hours on a Saturday morning sampling colors when the initial choice we made didn’t look like we expected. We ended up with a floor we love!

I am thrilled and filled with excitement upon witnessing the remarkable transformation of my small lanai by "Concrete Designs Tampa Bay." The gentleman responsible for this transformation is Mr. Luis Alvarado, who also serves as the crew lead. I'm immensely grateful for his outstanding work, as he not only met but exceeded all my requirements and expectations regarding the final appearance of the lanai floor.
I had requested a color that extended beyond their standard color samples, and Mr. Alvarado's creative skills shone through. The concrete floor's color turned out precisely as I had envisioned. Moreover, my original concrete lanai floor was not in perfect condition for the task Mr. Alvarado undertook. His meticulous repair work was nothing short of exceptional, resulting in a truly wonderful outcome.
I would also like to extend my gratitude to his assistant, Joshua. Joshua's diligence and attention to detail were remarkable. He executed the painting of all lines with unwavering precision, leading to a flawless result.
In conclusion, I couldn't be happier with the work done by "Concrete Designs Tampa Bay" and the exceptional team led by Mr. Luis Alvarado and assisted by Joshua. Their dedication and craftsmanship have truly transformed my lanai into a place of beauty and perfection.
