I have been a Computer Solutions customer for several years. It is the only place I would take my computer for repairs or upgrades. The owner and chief computer guru is Chaiyz Brown. He always takes time to listen to me describe the computer issues. Then tells me the options I have to repair or upgrade in terms that I can easily understand.
I enjoy his upbeat, positive attitude and he will go the "extra mile" to make sure my computer issue is resolved to my satisfaction. His repair fees are very reasonable and he guarantees all his work.

Rude, unprofessional, and a scam. Not sure how he's gotten so many 5 stars he must be using the software he installs in people's computers that allows him to remote in to leave himself reviews. He has taken advantage of my elderly mother who is not technological inclined more than once. The first time he was extremely rude and unprofessional and claimed after having her computer for multiple days he could not fix it. Fast forward a few years she took her new computer in because the camera and microphone were not working and she needed it fixed asap for an important meeting and this is the closest place. He claimed he fixed them had her sign up for a "24/7" support program which is about $140 for a year to sign up. Fast forward only a couple of days and her computer had the same issues that he supposedly was remoting in and "fixing" or stating it was her head phones or some other issue beside him not knowing what hes doing. This continued to do go on until we got fed up with him being non responsive for his support line and not actually fixing the problem that kept reoccurring. So we took it to bestbuy and geek squad had the issue fixed in less than 15 mins. Apparently he had disabled the microphone never upped the software for her camera that was severely out of date and could figure out that the speaker was muted. Save your time, energy and money. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly and disabled.

This guy threatened me with a lawyer if I didn't remove my bad review.

I had a motherboard and cpu problem. I took my pc to him on a recommendation. He said the RMA would be easier if we put my cpu and motherboard in his name. I agreed to make the process go faster. In the meantime, he did put a temporary motherboard and cpu in my pc until he could straighten out the motherboard issue with Asus. At the point that I decided to leave my bad review, he had already had my pc for an entire year. That's when he put the temp board in. Unfortunately, the temp board was useless. It would not allow me to update windows or even install a new OS to a new drive. Now I'm out the motherboard, cpu, and I've been threatened with legal action because he has claimed ownership over my pc parts. When I offered his back for mine, he said he didn't have them. Oh, and the equipment he said was new that I supposedly stole, is not new. He told me himself, that it came out of another pc. Anyway, I found my receipts and the original packages with serial numbers. If he wants to go to court and lie to a judge, that's his choice. If anyone is a criminal in this situation, it would be the guy running this place. Don't go here!

Some of the best work I’ve seen. He explained everything to me made it clear what was needed what he was doing, was fair on the price, answered any questions I had, has a great work environment talks to you straight doesn’t BS you. It was an overall 10/10 experience and I won’t be using another shop anytime soon. Not to mention it took him 2 days to fix something it took me a month to not figure out he knows what he’s doing and he does it very well. He just built me a serious gaming pc that runs my game on ultra settings and has not dropped below 60fps even once! He built the pc prior to the ram crisis and didn’t charge me like he absolutely could or even should have! Customer for life! If you have a bad xp here…you’re the problem. ;)
