Brian was really helpful and easy to talk to. I think I made friends with a fellow computer wizard. He was kind of enough to help me with my build and give me tips & advice, would highly recommend this shop.
The liquid cooler on my computer failed after about a year. I called and spoke with Becky and James. They were both so pleasant to talk with. I wanted to use a local shop and they had great reviews. They put a new, even better double fan one in and even cleaned up some liquid they found. They tested it overnight and I could not be happier. The price was very reasonable. All staff are super nice people, and know their stuff. Glad I found them. Thanks to all. Would recommend for sure.
Brian was beyond helpful and knowledgeable regarding ongoing issues we have had in the office with the computer systems. We will definitely be using him as our IT guy in the future. Beware! I try to support local businesses but this business has raised concerns. I called to see if they offer free estimates and they said yes… NOT! I was charged $35. and asked for my receipt to be emailed to me when I called back and they said yes…NOT!
And while I was there a tech took my phone and without asking, download an app!
I called to speak with the owner but the same RUDE tech refused and hung up on me! This business doesn’t seem trustworthy!
I can't say enough good about this business, I was greeted by James and Becky with smiles and appreciation for my visit. They were both friendly and informative. They knew my needs and how to take care of the problems I was having. The knowledge these people have is worth much more than I can say, just let me say that with all the issues I was having with my computers, they solved all of them to my great satisfaction.
