John came by to give an estimate to replace our 15yo Gas, Hot Water Heater. The estimate was lower than others and he took the time to explain why. I agreed to the price and within an hour and a half the job was done. After checking there was no debris in the water, I paid. John was very friendly and professional, and completed the job quickly. I will recommend this business to anyone that needs work done!
